We offer a library of practice assessments, structured courses, and performance analytics to track your progress.
Who is GradeSpark for?
GradeSpark is built for:
Students preparing for competitive exams, internships, and placements.
Working professionals looking to upskill or switch roles.
Employers & institutions seeking a reliable way to assess candidates at scale.
Is GradeSpark free to use?
We offer both free and paid tiers. Free accounts get access to a selection of practice assessments and limited course previews. Premium plans unlock the full question bank, detailed analytics, proctored certification exams, and downloadable performance reports. Check our Upskill and Assessments pages for current pricing.
How do I get started?
Simply create a free account, complete your profile, and choose an assessment or course that matches your goals. Most learners take a diagnostic test first so our system can recommend a personalised learning path.
Assessments
What types of assessments does GradeSpark offer?
We offer three categories of assessments:
Practice tests — Timed mock exams that simulate real exam conditions with instant feedback.
Topic quizzes — Short 10–20 question sets targeting a specific skill or concept.
Certification exams — Proctored, industry-recognised assessments that issue a verifiable certificate on passing.
Are the exams proctored?
Certification exams use AI-assisted remote proctoring. During the exam your webcam, screen activity, and tab-focus events are monitored to maintain integrity. Practice tests and topic quizzes are not proctored.
Can I retake an assessment?
Practice tests and topic quizzes can be retaken any number of times — each attempt generates a new randomised question set. Certification exams allow one free retake after a 7-day cooling-off period; additional attempts are available at a reduced fee.
How long does it take to receive my results?
Practice tests and topic quizzes are auto-graded and your detailed scorecard is available immediately after submission. Proctored certification exam results are reviewed and released within 48 hours.
Are GradeSpark certificates recognised by employers?
Our certifications are developed in partnership with industry experts and are accepted by our growing network of hiring partners. Each certificate has a unique verification URL so employers can confirm authenticity instantly. We are continually expanding our employer network.
Upskilling
What subjects and skills do your courses cover?
Our course library spans technology, business, and aptitude domains — including Python programming, data analysis, SQL, communication skills, quantitative aptitude, and logical reasoning. New courses are added regularly. Browse the full catalogue on the Upskill page.
Are courses self-paced?
Yes, all courses on GradeSpark are fully self-paced. You can start, pause, and resume at any time. There are no deadlines — your progress is saved automatically so you can pick up exactly where you left off.
Do I get a certificate after completing a course?
A course completion certificate is issued once you finish all modules and pass the end-of-course quiz with a score of 70% or above. If you want a proctored, employer-verified credential, you can take the accompanying certification exam (available separately).
Account & Billing
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a secure reset link within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact support.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Payments are processed securely — GradeSpark never stores your full card details.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided you have not attempted the assessment or consumed more than 20% of a course. See our full Refund Policy for details, or email info@gradspark.in to raise a request.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by emailing info@gradspark.in from your registered address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Technical
Which browsers and devices are supported?
GradeSpark works on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on both desktop and mobile. For proctored exams, we strongly recommend using a laptop or desktop running Chrome or Edge, as webcam proctoring requires a camera and is not supported on mobile browsers.
What should I do if my exam crashes or freezes?
Your answers are auto-saved every 30 seconds. If your session drops, log back in immediately and navigate to the exam — you will be able to resume from where you left off within the original time limit. If the issue persists, contact support and include your exam ID so we can assist you.
How do I enable my webcam for a proctored exam?
When you start a proctored exam, your browser will prompt you to allow camera access — click Allow. If you previously blocked it, go to your browser settings, find GradeSpark under Site Permissions, and enable the camera. A system check screen will run before the exam begins to verify your setup.
Is my data secure on GradeSpark?
Yes. We use TLS encryption for all data in transit and encrypted storage at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We conduct regular security audits and follow responsible disclosure practices. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
