1. Overview
Full Refund
Within 7 days of purchase if content was not accessed.
Partial Refund
8–14 days after purchase, or if <20% of course was consumed.
No Refund
After 14 days, or once an assessment test has been attempted.
We aim to be fair. If you have a genuine issue not covered here, please contact our support team — we review every case individually.
2. Situations Eligible for a Refund
- You purchased a course or subscription within the last 7 days and have not accessed any paid content.
- You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error.
- The content you purchased is substantially different from what was described on the product page at the time of purchase.
- A technical fault on our platform prevented you from accessing content you paid for, and we were unable to resolve it within 5 business days.
3. Situations Not Eligible for a Refund
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
- You have accessed more than 20% of a paid course.
- You have started or submitted an assessment for which you purchased an attempt test.
- The purchase was a discounted or promotional offer (unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms).
- You changed your mind or no longer need the content after accessing it.
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Certificate fees once the certificate has been generated and downloaded.
4. Paid Training Courses
- Within 7 days, 0% content accessed: Full refund.
- Within 14 days, less than 20% content accessed: Partial refund (amount proportional to unused content).
- After 14 days or more than 20% accessed: No refund. You retain access for the duration of the licence period.
Progress percentage is measured by the number of lessons marked complete in our system.
5. Assessment Test
- Assessment Tests (single-attempt purchases) are refundable only if the assessment test has not yet started and the purchase was made within the last 7 days.
- Once you click "Start Assessment", the attempt is consumed and is non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
- If a technical issue prevented the assessment from completing (e.g. website outage during your practice test), we will offer either a replacement attempt or a full refund at your discretion.
6. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Email info@gradspark.in with the subject line: Refund Request — [Order ID].
- Include your registered email address, order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email), and a brief description of the reason for the request.
- Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
7. Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed and approved within 3–5 business days.
- Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks add complexity and delay. If a chargeback is filed before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
For disputes not resolved through our support process, you may escalate to your payment provider's dispute resolution mechanism or to the applicable consumer forum under Indian law.
We reserve the right to decline refunds if misuse is detected. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific item.
